A video of 50 moms and 50 children surfaced online yesterday to celebrate world down syndrome day. This touching video of the moms singing alongside their children has gone viral.
In the video, the mothers and their children can be seen lip syncing to the tune of Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years”.
Rebecca Carless 35, one of the moms featured, from Coventry, told the BBC: “We definitely wanted everyone to see it. “The idea is, we are just normal mums, we love our kids, they love us, and they are just like other four-year-olds, we wouldn’t change them."
The children and their moms were seen on This Morning with Phil and Holly. Holly posted a video on her Instagram saying "This is why I â¤ï¸ working on @thismorning ... #wouldntchangeathing#worlddownsyndromeday"
