Some great news on the jobs front in Limerick this afternoon!
300 jobs are being created by US bio technology company Regeneron pharmaceuticals.
It's part of a €100 million expansion plan of the company's campus in Raheen.
Recruitment is ongoing for the positions and the company expects to employ over 800 people in Ireland by the end of next year.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has welcomed the news, saying "I'm delighted to welcome additional highly skilled and diverse Regeneron jobs to Limerick. This planned further expansion by Regeneron in Limerick is a significant contribution to the rejuvenation of the region.”
