A 22 year old man has been killed after a crash in County Laois this morning.
The single vehicle accident happened at Kilmullen in Portarlington at around 3.50am, when the driver struck a wall.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been taken to the Midland Regional Hospital in Portlaoise.
The road is closed and diversions in place.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
