Ashley Tisdale has released her first song in nearly a decade.
Don't be fooled, this isn't the same as 'Bop To The Top' or 'Fabulous' from Ashley Tisdale High School Musical days.
The singer has revealed that 'Voices in My Head' is a song about her anxiety and depression.

Tisdale's last album 'Guilty Pleasure' was released way back in 2009.

In a recent interview with Access, the singer broke down in tears as she talked about the positive feedback she's received over the song.
"These are the lyrics I wrote... it's different to anything I've ever done in music before... it's resonating with people and to feel like I'm helping them, it's all I can do as an artist."
