Riverdale season 5
The trailer for Riverdale season five is finally here.
There's plenty of relationship drama, fights and mysteries to solve.
Season five premieres on Netflix January 21st 2021.
The trailer opens with Betty and Jughead visiting Bret in prison.
He warns them, "something’s coming, and it’s going to hit you like a Mack truck."
You'll remember in season four, the gang kept receiving creepy videos of themselves.
The last tape they received, showed a group of people dressed as them, stabbing Mr. Honey to death.
In this new trailer, Betty, Jughead, Archie and Veronica continue to receive tapes.
Betty explains in narration, "Someone is making videos of us doing disturbing, violent things."
It looks like there'll also be plenty of relationship drama in the new season.
A clip of Betty and Jughead getting intimate in bed is shown on screen.
As sequences of their prom flash across the screen, Archie is heard saying, "This will be the last dance we spend with our friends."
We're all dying to know what's next for Barchie after last season's kiss.
And this new trailer gives us a sneak peek.
Veronica is shown crying as she says, "Something happened between Betty and Archie."
What's worse, is it looks like she finds out at prom.
