Schitt's Creek performance
The cast of Schitt's Creek reprised their roles for YouTube's Dear Class Of 2020 series.
They put on an incredible performance of Mariah Carey's Hero, and were shocked when the singer herself joined them on the call.
The special episode begins with Moira, Johnny, David and Alexis addressing the class of 2020.
On behalf of the family, Johnny says, "We just wanted to express from the bottom of our hearts just how necessary you all are in shaping young minds."
Moira corrects him, "Sculpting John, sculpting..."
David adds, "May you continue to brighten-" he's cut off by his mother, "Illuminate!"
He continues, "God! Illuminate the paths for many more to come."
Later in the video call, Alexis and Moira introduce viewers to the rest of the Schitt's Creek cast.
The performance
The cast put on an incredible performance of Mariah Carey's Hero for the class of 2020.
Of course, Patrick takes the lead on this - he's an amazing singer, as heard in season four, episode six of the show.
At the end of the performance, Mariah Carey joins the group chat.
She addresses Moira, "I hope you didn't mind that I jumped in like that. You all sounded so good, that I had to get in on it."
David exclaims, "I think I'm having a heart attack."
The sixth and final season of Schitt's Creek is available to stream on Netflix now.
