The infamous doll from the Conjuring universe will return in Annabelle Comes Home.
This film is the third instalment of the Annabelle movies and it looks frightening.
The trailer opens with an image of the doll's creepy face in a basement

"Everything you see in here is either haunted, cursed or has been used in some kind of ritualistic practice... nothing's a toy."
Annabelle is then placed in a glass case while a priest crosses himself in front of it.
"It's safer for these things to be in here than out there."

A family live in the house whose basement hides the creepy doll.
One of the children is confronted by another child.
"Don't your parents keep any creepy stuff around?"
We can only assume the two kids are friends.

She responds, "they keep it all locked away in a room so that we're safe."
"It's not really good for anyone to go in there."
So, what does she do? She goes in there.

As you can imagine, a lot of weird things begin to happen as her friend explores the basement.
Suddenly Annabelle is missing from the glass case.
This would be an appropriate time to cover your eyes.
