A Quiet Place Part II
The final trailer for A Quiet Place Part II has been released.
It comes ahead of its release this May 28th, following a year-long delay amid the pandemic.
The opening of the trailer is set before the terrifying noise-sensitive creatures took over the world.
John Krasinski's character Lee Abbott walks into a pharmacy; the same pharmacy in the opening of the first movie.
However, this time the store isn't derelict.
As he approaches the till to pay for his items, he notices a catastrophe being reported on the TV overhead.
He asks the cashier, "What happened?" He's told they believe a, "bomb," has gone off.
But we know right well this was not the work of a bomb.
Chaos erupts, and Lee is out on the streets, running for his life with his daughter by his side.
We're then brought back to present day.
Emily Blunt's character Evelyn is walking barefoot along a set of train tracks with her children.
Cillian Murphy's character makes an appearance.
He's heard saying, "I don't know why you came all the way up here. There's nothing left."
Evelyn responds, "There are people out there. People worth saving."
Terrifying, action packed sequences flash across the screen.
A movie review is scrawled across the trailer: "This is the experience theatres were made for."
The film synopsis reveals the Abbott family will face the terrors of the outside world, 'as they continue their fight for survival in silence.'
'Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realise that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.'
