If you're on a Dry January, then you may have to turn to our own Ryan Tubridy or Graham Norton for company this Friday evening.
To make that decision a little easier, here's what's on their shows tonight.
The Late Late Show, RTÉ One, 9:35pm
Operation Transformation presenter, Kathryn Thomas will join Ryan to chat all about the new series and the new leaders on the show. She'll also be talking her wedding plans and how she's preparing for the arrival of her first baby this spring.
First Dates Ireland returns on Tuesday. Some of the hopeful daters will sit down with Ryan to talk about their experiences while one couple who met on the show will tell him why it worked out for them.
Broadcaster Valerie Cox will also be on the show and there'll be music from Hermitage Green and Patrick Feeney.
The Graham Norton Show, BBC One, 10:35pm
It's a very different Graham Norton show this week. He'll be presenting Graham's Good Guest Guide where he'll give a set of easy-to-remember rules for any star thinking about appearing on his show.
Of course, he'll be digging out classic clips from the archives featuring the world's biggest stars and he'll ask the likes of Ricky Gervais, Miriam Margolyes and Dame Julie Walters how they prepared for the infamous red couch.
