Sacha Baron Cohen is set to star in a new Netflix thriller called The Spy.
The series will take place over six parts, making it the actor’s biggest TV commitment since Da Ali G Show.
He will play Eli Cohen in the Netflix show, who was a real Israeli spy based in Syria during the 1960s.
Cohen lived as an undercover spy in Damascus and became Chief Adviser to the Minister of Defence there.
He was sentenced to death in 1965 after Syrian counter-intelligence authorities discovered who he really was.
This sounds like it will be a great watch. We can't wait to see it.
