The author of a Handmaid's Tale has confirmed a release date for 'The Handmaid's Tale'.
Marget Atwood is writing the long-awaited sequel to The Handmaids Tale.
She revealed that the sequel, The Testaments is set to be published on the 10th September 2019.

Atwood has not yet confirmed whether Offred or any of the original book's characters will appear or be the narrators.
The Handmaids Tale was first released in 1985 and has been adapted into an award-winning TV show. The show, however, diverges from the storyline in the book and has just finished its second season.
