A fourth season of Netflix show Narcos is questionable. Pedro Pascal has said that it won't happen unless it can be made safe to do so.
This comes as last month, a location scout named Carlos Muñoz Portal was shot dead earlier this month while working in Mexico.
Speaking to TMZ, Pascal has said that there needs to be a 'safe way' to continue with the show.
'We can't do it if it's not safe. We're talking about lives. If they want to do it, they'll figure it out in a safe way.'
After Portal was shot dead, Netflix released a statement.
'We are aware of the passing of Carlos Muñoz Portal, a well-respected location scout, and send our condolences to his family.
'The facts surrounding his death are still unknown as authorities continue to investigate.'
Variety are reporting that his death has sparked producers to continue work on the show in Columbia rather than Mexico, if it goes ahead at all.
