MTV has confirmed that they have suspended the production of Catfish following sexual misconduct allegations against host Nev Schulman.
Nev has been a host and exec producers for the past seven seasons and since the beginning of the show.
Ayissha Morgan, who appeared on the show in 2015, recently alleged that Schulman had sexually harassed her during the production of the show, making the claims in a series of YouTube videos.
Schulman responded in a statement saying that the 'behaviour described' by Morgan 'did not happen'
He also added;
"I’m fortunate that there are a number of former colleagues who were present during this time period who are willing to speak up with the truth.”
“I have always been transparent about my life and would always take responsibility for my actions—but these claims are false.”
