Ex On The Beach pulled
MTV bosses have decided not to air the upcoming season of Ex On The Beach.
Mike Thalassitis was due to appear on season 10 of the reality show.
Following his death on Friday the channel has made the decision to pull the season out of respect for his friends and family.
The show began filming in 2018 and only wrapped recently. It was due to premiere later this year.
Mike took part in the series after splitting from girlfriend Megan McKenna.
A source told the Mirror that he signed up with the hopes of getting his love life 'back on track.'
It was not an easy decision
A second source has been speaking to The Sun.
They revealed MTV bosses 'agreed it would be insensitive to Mike's friends and family,' to broadcast the season.
'It’s not a decision they have taken lightly as series like this do not come cheap,' the insider finished.
This news comes as reality shows like Ex On The Beach and Love Island have been facing backlash from contestants.

A number of ex Love Islanders have spoken out this week on the lack of mental health after care they received post-filming.
However, 2016 contest Olivia Buckland defended the show.
In an interview with the Mail Online she said, 'I was in constant contact with the producers for a very long time.'

True gent. Never forgotten. Forever loved. I’m so sorry. Words fail me. ❤️
Love Island bosses listened to complaints and made a statement this morning.
Social media and financial management training will now be offered to all cast members on the show. Not just those who ask for it.
Mike Thalassitis was the second Love Island contestant to die in recent months.
His sudden death follows that of Sophie Gradon and her boyfriend Aaron Armstrong last year.
A coroner has ruled this morning that Aaron took his own life.
An inquest into Sophie's death was due to take place on Thursday. It has been postponed at the request of her family.
