Netflix have politely advised us we've been pronouncing Emily in Paris wrong this whole time.
They tweeted that it's, 'supposed to be pronounced with a French accent so 'Emily' and 'Paris' rhyme.'

Fans have been hilariously reacting to Netflix's revelation.
One Twitter user simply replied, 'I’m sorry... what???'
To which the streamer responded, 'i said what i said.'

Another wrote, 'The fact that Emily in Paris is supposed to be pronounced Emily in Paree is killing me'
'So, it's pronounced Emiliss in Paris?' Joked one Twitter user.

Season 2
Netflix also announced the show has been renewed for a second season.
All the main characters were involved in the cast video announcement last night.
In turn, they're each shown on video chat saying the word, 'Deux.'
Netflix also announced the news in a letter written by Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu's character Sylvie.
