A Sequel to the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus, has been confirmed.
Our favourite Halloween classic movie is officially getting a sequel. Released in 1993, the film didn't do well at first - but over the years gained more popularity and has become a must-watch every Halloween.
With rumours floating around for awhile suggesting a sequel, nothing had ever been confirmed. Until now.

It has been confirmed.
We officially know now, that we are finally getting a sequel to the cult classic.
Released 26 years ago, the fantasy comedy starred Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Set in Salem, Massachusetts, it followed the three sisters who were resurrected by a young boy Max, on Halloween night.
What we know.
The sequel will be directed by Jen D'Angelo. We're not sure what the story will follow, or even if the old cast will return.
However, it is rumoured that the original cast is in negotiations to reprise their roles.
There is no confirmed release date yet.
Hocus Pocus might be a TV Movie.
Although unconfirmed, there are some reports that with the release of the new Disney streaming service, Disney+,
it is possible that the movie will be released exclusively to the streaming platform.
Disney+ will be released in November in Canada and the United States, however, there is no release date yet for Ireland.
