Disney Investor Day took place overnight.
The event saw the company announce some major upcoming releases.
From a reboot of Cheaper By The Dozen to the confirmation of a Sister Act 3, we've loads to look forward to.

Star
During the event, Disney announced further plans for their entertainment content brand, Star.
It'll be included as part of Disney+ in certain international markets.
While in Latin America, it'll launch as a separate streaming service called Star+.

Star homes content from Disney’s creative studios, including Disney TV Studios, FX, 20th Century Studios and more.
It'll launch in Europe as a sixth brand title on Disney+ February 23rd 2021.
So this means, we're getting loads of new content next year.
New content for Star
The Kardashian/ Jenners have signed a multi-year deal with Hulu and Star to create new global content for late next year.
Also coming to Star are premium series' Only Murders in the Building, The Dropout, and Dopesick.
FX will be bringing loads of new content to Star as well.

They've ordered four additional seasons of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
They're also developing an Alien series.
And they're in talks for a two-season order of The Stones, a drama series about The Rolling Stones.
National Geographic Content
There's plenty to look forward to in Disney National Geographic.
They're releasing Limitless With Chris Hemsworth, and Welcome to Earth (working title) featuring Will Smith.

In addition to this, they're dropping a fourth season of Genius, profiling Martin Luther King, Jr.
Disney will also release a new documentary film called Cousteau.
And they're bringing out documentary series', Secrets of the Whales, A Real Bug’s Life, and America The Beautiful.
Disney Television Studios
Disney Television Studios announced they're currently working on Beauty and the Beast starring Luke Evans and Josh Gad.
They're also developing Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
It's based on the book series by Rick Riordan.
Lucasfilm
Lucasfilm have announced some massive projects.
Among these projects is a brand new series set in the Mandalorian era called Obi-Wan Kenobi.
The series stars Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, who will be returning as Darth Vader.

The next feature film in the Star Wars franchise will be Rogue Squadron, due out December 2023.
It'll be directed by Patty Jenkins of the Wonder Woman franchise.
Meanwhile, the new Indiana Jones movie is on its way, directed by James Mangold.

Writer/director Taika Waititi is also working on a Star Wars feature film.
And they're working on Children of Blood & Bone, based on Tomi Adeyemi’s New York Times bestselling novel.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Production
There's so much to look forward to from Disney's Motion Pictures Production studio.
They're working on a Hocus Pocus 2 and a reboot of Three Men and a Baby with Zac Efron.

They're also bringing out a new Cheaper by the Dozen movie with Kenya Barris and Gabrielle Union.
Disney have also officially confirmed Sister Act 3 is in the works with Whoopi Goldberg.
They're also releasing a hybrid live action-animated movie called Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers.
It features an all star cast including John Mulaney and Andy Samberg.
In addition to this, we're getting a new Pinocchio film starring Tom Hanks.

They're working on Peter Pan & Wendy, starring Jude Law as Captain Hook and Yara Shahidi as Tinker Bell.
And we're getting a sequel to Enchanted called Disenchanted, with Amy Adams returning as Giselle.
The company are also developing animated takes on Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild and Night at the Museum.
Walt Disney Animation Studios
Walt Disney Animation Studios are bringing us Encanto, featuring new music from Lin-Manuel Miranda.
While Raya and the Last Dragon will debut in March 2021.

Marvel announced three new series' for Disney+.
These are Samuel L. Jackson's Secret Invasion, Ironheart with Dominique Thorne, and Armor Wars, starring Don Cheadle.

They're also releasing Hawkeye, with Hailee Steinfeld joining Jeremy Renner in the series.
She-Hulk, starring Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo and Tim Roth.
They've also announced a Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
In the feature films department, they're releasing Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
They're also working on Fantastic Four, Black Widow, Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings and Eternals.
In addition to this, they're working on Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther 2, Blade, Captain Marvel 2, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Black Panther 2, opening July 8, 2022, is being written & directed by Ryan Coogler. Honoring Chadwick Boseman’s legacy & portrayal of T’Challa, @MarvelStudios will not recast the character, but will explore the world of Wakanda & the rich characters introduced in the first film.
