Chilli loaded Kale & Quinoa Burger
2 x Strong Roots Sweet Kale & Quinoa Burgers
1 x Tablespoons olive oil
1 x teaspoon chili powder
1 x teaspoon salt
1 x teaspoon brown sugar
½ x teaspoon Chilli Flakes
2 x Burger Buns
Baby Gem Lettuce
Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries to serve
Directions
- Preheat oven
- Cook Strong Roots Kale & Quinoa Burger according to package instructions
- Cook Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries according to package instructions
- Mix olive oil, chili powder, salt, sugar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl
- Remove Strong Roots Kale & Quinoa Burgers from oven
- Cover burgers in Chilli mix
- Assemble burger with buns and baby gem lettuce
- Serve with Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries
