We are ready!
New emojis are coming in 2019.
They are set to be all about inclusivity with “holding hands”emoji, selecting for the skin colour and gender identity of each individual. Other emojis set to drop this year include emojis showing a hearing aid, prosthetic limbs, sign language, a cane or a wheelchair.
We can expect 59 new emojis with a total of 230 variations of those new emojis.

But don’t expect to see the latest emojis on your keyboard just yet.
That will most likely happen later this year- usually, new emojis drop in September or October.
Some more talked about emojis set to drop later this year are the blood drop or what people are calling the period emoji.
Another talking point is the new pinching emoji which everyone is saying the same thing about - that they would use it when saying something is small.
