Met Éireann Has Issued A Status Yellow Wind Warning For Ireland

Met Éireann has said that it will be blustery with heavy showers all day.

"Strong and gusty southwest winds will veer westerly early this afternoon with some severe and damaging gusts; heavy squally spells of rain continuing too."

The warning is in place until 4 pm today.
