With the silly season well and truly upon us we are all saying "F**k it I'll have another" this Christmas and it means that we'll all be adding on a few pounds.
There's no harm in that but if you want to work it off in a fun and festive way then Ice Skating will do exactly that!
Yep, Ice skating burns a whopping 633 calories for just one hour on the ice.
It could take up to two hours of powerwalking to burn the same amount of calories so we are down to have fun on the ice and get that Summer bikini bod at the same time!
