Just as the Chinese New Year brought the beginning of the year of the dog, one little pooch ran off from its owner in a dog park and managed to get onto the Subway tracks, causing delays of 30 minutes before being brought back to safety.
Just left Jay St. Sounds like NYPD still chasing a dog on Manhattan-bound F train tracks btwn Jay and High. Was hoping for an adorable puppy pix, sorry, just this retro sign: pic.twitter.com/lbdncJRaaA

Stuck on the subway for 30 minutes because a dog (alive) was trapped under the train! Auspicious omen on the first day of the Year of the Dog.

Commuters are going to have a bone to pick with this dog over the paws in their trip. They’ll need reminded that they don’t need to unleash their anger.
