Baggage claim can be super stressful and leaves you hoping your bag didn't get lost or damaged, or maybe another passenger mistakenly took it.
A Brisbane based reporter Vanessa Marsh took to Twitter to share a baggage handler tossing suitcases out of the plane. She said "The mystery of all my broken suitcases is solved," we couldn't agree more.

It's safe to say that people were not one bit happy.
"As I was scrolling my feed I was thinking about putting my MacBook in my checked bag this afternoon... then I saw this"

Hawaiian Airlines responded to the shocking video
"Aloha Vanessa, we’re very sorry to see this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The way these bags were handled is not acceptable and our Airport Operations Management team is addressing this situation. Thank you."

Safe to say we will be carrying anything valuable in our hand luggage in the future!
