Bathe
A nice shower and or bath is the perfect start to any self-care day. Have a good scrub and throw in a leave-in conditioner treatment to get your luscious locks in flying form.
If you have a rack or spot to put your laptop too you can watch Netflix while you soak with a bath bomb!
Moisturise
Get that soft skin going.
Lather on some moisturiser, you won't regret it.
Facemask and chill
Nothing beats a facemask during a self-care session.
We're pretty sure it's the definition of self-care!
Indulge In a Guilty Pleasure
Did somebody say takeaway? Mix it up a bit more though, will ya!
Stop ordering from the same Chinese place every time. Or at least order curry next time.
Put On Your Favourite Movie
