The three key pillars of Limerick Mental Health Week are raising awareness of mental health in the community, highlighting the valuable local services available, and collaboration between all mental health organisations in Limerick.
When is Limerick Mental Health Week?
World Mental Health Day takes place on October 10th, 2019.
This year the theme is “Suicide Prevention.” We will be working to promote the supports available and spreading awareness of what you can do to help yourself and those in the community. We run a range of informative, thought-provoking and fun events surrounding World Mental Health Day. These will be run across the city from Friday October 4th to Friday October 11th, 2019.
