Getting There
By Train
By Bus
From the South West you can get the Dublin Coach - M7 Express Service: Dublin to Ennis / Killarney / Tralee via Limerick. This services drops you off at Bachelors Walk in Dublin City.

You can get 16, 14, 14a, 48a, 75 to Marley Park.
By Taxi
The designated taxi pick up area will be at Our Lady’s National School on Ballinteer Avenue.
By Car
Plan your approach to Marlay Park based on the following:
- Traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are strongly advised to use public transport or carpool.
- We strongly recommend you plan your journey in advance allowing at least an extra 2 hours travel time to and from the venue.
- Plan your route in advance and check the AA Roadwatch website for reports on traffic, road works, delays etc. on your route.
Recommended Routes:
Car Parks will open 1 hour prior to the gates opening time on your ticket.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PARK ILLEGALLY IN AREAS SURROUNDING MARLAY PARK, IN LOCAL ESTATES OR OUTSIDE LOCAL RESIDENCES. PARKING ENFORCEMENT RULES WILL BE IN OPERATION AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE CLAMPED OR TOWED.
Weather
We will update this closer to the event.
The event will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please check the weather before making your way to the festival and dress for the conditions.
Friday:
Friday night will be mostly dry with clear spells at first but cloudier conditions with some showery rain in the north will spread southward during the night. A mild night with lowest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees in light west to northwesterly breezes.
Saturday:
Saturday will start cloudy with patchy rain but it will become mostly dry with some sunny spells developing later, especially in the north and east but staying somewhat duller in the southwest. Top temperatures of 16 to 22 degrees, coolest in the north in light northerly breezes.
Saturday night will be mostly dry with some broken cloud and a few spots of rain, drizzle and mist. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 12 degrees in light variable or northerly breezes.
Sunday:
Sunday will be dull or cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle but some dry periods as well. Top temperatures will range from 16 in the north to 21 degrees near the south coast in light variable or northwesterly breezes.
Remember, this is Ireland so make sure to pack your sun cream & your rain jacket.
Bars & Water
It's very important to stay hydrated during the hot weather. There are free drinking water points throughout the arena and you can find them next to the toilet blocks. They are all signed as suitable for drinking.
Bars are strictly over 18s and are operating a Challenge 21 policy - if staff think you look under 21 you will be asked for I.D.
Bring a passport, Garda Age Card or Driver’s Licence with you.
No food or alcohol is permitted to be brought into the site. There will be a wide variety of food traders available in the arena selling food and drink.
Only sealed soft drinks/water bottles up to 500ml will be allowed into the arena.
Festival Checklist
Please ensure you bring the stuff that will be absolutely essential before you arrive at the festival.
Remember that glass is not allowed onsite for safety reasons .

- Under 18’s can bring: School or College ID PLUS a colour copy of your in-date passport.
• A reusable water bottle, to fill up from the free taps on site
• Any medications that you need (bring the official prescription or a letter from your doctor)
• Medical Info (if you have any allergies or medical conditions)
