Dolores O’Riordan To Receive Posthumous Honour From UL Next Week
Dolores' family is set to receive a special posthumous award in her honour from the University of Limerick.
Band members of The Cranberries Noel Hogan, Mike Hogan and Fergal Lawlor with honorary doctorates will be in attendance on Friday, January 18, with a special award also to be made to the family of lead singer Dolores O’Riordan.
The UL honorary degrees are bestowed on individuals who have made outstanding achievements, nationally or internationally, in the arts, sciences, business, industry, the professions, sport, social service or public service.
Paul O' Connell and former president Mary Robinson are among those who have recently received the award from the Limerick University.
