Not only that but Springsteen is set to release new music soon.

Bruce Springsteen has revealed that he is working on new music and in the process of planning a worldwide tour with the E Street Band.

Speaking with The Times, Springsteen said that he will be getting back "back to my job", and heading to the UK in 2019.

Irish fans need not be disappointed though as Steven Van Zandt, guitarist with the E Street Band told JOE.ie that they would be returning to Ireland "no later than 2019".
