will.i.am started to believe coronavirus was a, 'hoax'
American rapper will.i.am has admitted he initially thought coronavirus could be a, 'hoax.'
He said this belief changed when the people closest to him started catching it.

The rapper spoke about it during a chat with the Daily Mail's FEMAIL column.
He said, 'Post Covid we're gonna want to live longer.'
'This time last year, I was like all these people were passing away. I don't know anybody that has Covid.'

He continued, 'I don't know anybody that passed away, I was starting to believe it was a hoax and then it hit me in my core.'
'Folks that I know people that that I work with [started to catch it], drivers that drive me, people that will make music with me.'
'Like my keyboard player and drummer. F**k, he got hit hard with it.'

will.i.am hopes if the pandemic has thought us anything, it's to take care of ourselves.
He said he hopes the world is, 'a little bit more conscious on wellness and sustaining life, preventing and preventive care.'
