In a recent interview, Will's said that there has been talks in the past about a follow up to the 2008 movie.
He popped in for a chat with Andy Cohen, and said that it could be something that could happen in the future.
Will said 'We talked a little bit about Step Brothers. So who knows? But, at the same time, you like to create new things.'
While this seems like a possibility, the chances of getting a sequel to Christmas classic Elf are so slim, they're basically non-existent.
When he was asked, Will replied 'I’ve got great news for you… No.'
