"Well, desperately seeking my fix somewhere else, I reached out to all of you this week, asking — nay, begging — for some good news."
He continues, "After reading those replies and the incredibly heartwarming stories that came with them, I thought, 'All right. Enough is enough, world. Why not us? Why not now?'"

John's first good news story is about the heartfelt appreciation shown on a global scale for healthcare workers.
He shows videos of police flashing their lights outside a hospital in Spain in tribute to all the incredible hospital staff.
And all the videos that follow will give you goosebumps.
Later in the video, John introduces viewers to the show's entertainment corespondent, Steve Carell.
The actor tells his former The Office co-star, "Welcome to this highly produced show!"
Steve laughs, "I like your sign."
Meanwhile, Emilia Clarke is giving fans the chance to attend a virtual dinner date with her.
