Harry Styles throws shade
Singer Harry Styles throws shade at his former band mate Zayn Malik while hosting Saturday Night Live over the weekend.
During his opening monologue, he makes reference to his time in One Direction.
Harry brands the boys his 'brothers' but fails to recognise Zayn in any way.
The artist opens up the show by comparing his experience on the show to his past relationships.
"We're all going to spend one incredible night together and then we'll never see each other again."
He proceeds to play the piano, "Nothing says serious musician like talking while playing piano."
The crowd cheers when Harry mentions One Direction, "I love those guys, they're my brothers."
He names each band member but there's one name missing, "Niall, Liam, Louis... Uh.. Ringo!"
"Yeah, that's it."
Ringo Starr left The Beatles in 1968, kind of like how Zayn left One Direction in 2016.
Harry goes on, "I'm not in a boy band anymore. I'm in a man band."
"I'm so grateful Simon Cowell grew us in those test tubes."
It seems Zayn's exit caused a lot of tension in the band.
