Offset detained by police
Offset ran into some difficulty with L.A. police over the weekend.
The rapper was detained on suspicion of waving a gun at Trump supporters in Beverly Hills, according to MailOnline.
His wife Cardi B was filmed yelling at police to let him go.
Offset recorded his encounter with the authorities on Instagram Live.
The video opens with the rapper refusing to cooperate.
He tells the police, "Because you got guns out... I'm not gonna remove my hand from my steering wheel."
An officer says they have reason to believe he was waving a gun around.
Offset responds by telling them he's a famous rapper, and his fans have been following him.
At this point, police pull him out of his car and handcuff him.

In videos posted online, Offset's wife Cardi B jumps to his defense.
She's shown walking towards police and shouting, "That's my husband!"
In separate videos obtained by MailOnline, Cardi is heard asking, "Why you pointing a gun at him?"
Beverly Hills Police Department told TMZ that Offset was only detained and has since been released.
However, they did arrest Cardi's cousin Marcelo Almanzar for possession of a concealed loaded weapon.
According to MailOnline, he was released Saturday night on a $35,000 bail.
