Bad news for fans of The Saturdays.
Vanessa White has confirmed her split from the band.
Speaking to Hunger, she's said that her new solo path 'feels natural' and that she doesn't think they will ever reunite as a five-piece.
She went on to say 'I don't think I could go back. I've got so much that I want to do. There's no space mentally for me to go back. As time goes on, I know it just wouldn't feel right for me.'
The Saturdays went on hiatus in 2015 and never officially confirmed a split.
It had been reported last year that Frankie Bridge had said that the girls would be returning to the studio to record new music in 2016, but that did not turn out to be the case.
Frankie later went on to say that 'music just wasn't exciting for her anymore.'
Meanwhile, Vanessa has been working on her own solo sound. She says that it suits her sound more than The Saturdays pop sound.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said 'I came from a girlband which was very much pop and very different to this, but I've always been such an R&B fan.'
