This is an easy enough assumption to make, isn't it?
So Twitter was flooded with people thinking for a split second that Kim and Kanye had a new baby on the sly.
It's after 'Champagne West' started trending on the site.
However people very quickly realised that Champagne wasn't going to be the new brother or sister to North and Saint, as it's actually the name of a racehorse.
