Travis Barker appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show this week for a chat.
During his appearance, he briefly touched on his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.

The talk show host asked Travis about the love note Kourtney left him.
He shared it on Instagram last month: 'To lots of fun adventures. May we destroy each other completely. Love, Kourtney.'
Drew joked that her version of that note would be, "Can we get to bed early and watch a movie?"

The Blink-182 drummer responded, "I would prefer the opposite."
"I would prefer to, kind of, go [out] in the blaze of glory and ball of flames."
Drew asked the artist what it's like dating someone who also has kids, as opposed to someone who doesn't have any.

He replied, "I dated girls who didn't have kids and I find it hard because they would have trouble understanding like, 'Why don’t you want to go to dinner every night with me?' or, 'Why don’t you want to see me every night?'"
"And now I’m spending time with a woman who's a great mom, who's a great friend and you don't have to worry about any of those things."

Travis continued, "It just comes natural. It's like a maturity thing."
"And I also really like missing someone and cherishing the time that I spend with them instead of everyday being with them."
"Especially at the beginning of the relationship I think missing someone is so important."
Where it all started
Travis and Kourtney have been pals for years now, and he's even made appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
So of course, they've been the subject of romance rumours on numerous occasions over the years.

However, in a 2019 interview with People, he shut down any speculation they were dating.
He insisted, 'Kourtney's like a dear friend. That's it.'
Travis further elaborated, 'I mean, I love her to death. I love her family to death. But yeah, just friends.'

The romance rumours returned in January after they spent a weekend at Palm Springs together.
At the time, an insider told People Magazine, 'They've been dating for about a month or two.'

Meanwhile, in one of the latest KUWTK teasers, Kourtney's ex, Scott Disick, insists he will marry her, "right here, right now."
