T.J. Miller has an update on the Ryan Reynolds story
In case you missed it, in a recent podcast interview, T.J. said he'd never work with Ryan again after he had a bad experience with him on set of Deadpool.
Now, in a new interview, the actor, who portrayed bartender Weasel in the first two films, said he and Ryan have hashed things out and it's all good.
During a chat with SiriusXM's Jim Norton & Sam Roberts, T.J. revealed Ryan reached out to him after hearing the podcast interview.
"It was really cool," he said. "He emailed me the next day and kind of said this is, and it was, a misunderstanding."
"So I emailed him back and now, it's fine."

He later added, "It was very cool for him to say, 'Hey, I just heard on the show that you were upset about this.'"
"And I kind of said, 'You know, I'm not,' and then we sort of just hashed it out really quickly."
T.J. maintained that he never said anything negative about Ryan on the podcast.
"He is so funny, and he's so amazing in those movies... It's so funny, I said all of these complimentary things and none of that shows up."
"But yeah, I mean, he was really cool about it. He's a good dude. I told the story cause it was weird and funny to me."

What happened?
In an interview on the Adam Corolla Show podcast, T.J. insisted he'll never work with Ryan again.
He said, "I got along with him a lot better on the first Deadpool because he wasn’t a huge, huge movie star."
"Would I work with him again? No, I would not work with him again."
"But I’ve said that about Michael Bay, and now we’re friends, and I would work with him again. But I think Michael Bay is different."
Miller claimed Bay has also worked with Ryan, and has, "a very specific opinion of [him]," too.
He added that he's convinced Ryan, "hates him."
But despite his feelings toward The Proposal star, Miller wishes him well, "because he's so good at Deadpool."
The 41-year-old was asked how he knows Ryan hates him, and he recalled a, "really weird moment," they shared on set.
"We had a really weird moment on Deadpool where he said, 'Let’s do one more take.' And then as the character, he was horrifically mean to me as if I’m Weasel."
"So he was like, 'You know what’s great about you, Weasel? You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition so that it’s funny, and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.'"
Miller claimed it made the entire cast and crew uncomfortable, "Everybody was like, 'Why is Ryan doing this?'"
The actor went on to say the Deadpool star is, "Kind of an insecure dude. I can't begin to guess what his deal is."
"I would not have done Deadpool 3 if they came to me and were like, 'We want you to do Deadpool 3, and we’re going to pay you twice as much.'"
