Sophie Turner supports Black Lives Matter
Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner has spoken out in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
She's been using her platform to highlight the Instagram accounts she believes we should be following right now.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, the 24-year-old said, 'My heart is heavy.'
'I stand in solidarity with those speaking out against racism and fighting for justice and equality. Silence is not an option.'
Sophie tagged the names of the many Instagram users she believes people should be listening to right now.
The actress has been joining in protest for Black Lives Matter in America.
She posted a picture of herself and a crowd of people kneeling on the ground yelling, 'No justice, no peace.'
In another picture, Sophie's shown holding up a sign that reads, 'White silence is violence.'

Sophie's husband Joe has also been using his platform to support the movement.
He shared a video of a little girl addressing an audience of people. Joe captioned the post, 'Listen. Learn.'
The girl tells the crowd of people not to judge a book by its cover, 'that's not being taken very seriously right now and we should do that.'
Joe also shared a selfie with his wife Sophie, singer Paris Carney and musician Greg Garbo at a protest over the weekend.
He captioned the post, 'Black Lives Matter.'
