Irish actress Saoirse Ronan is selling her 5-bedroom-home in Greystones, Wicklow for €1.5m.
She hasn't spent much time there due to work commitments so it makes sense that she's selling.
Saoirse reportedly bought the property for €1.4m two years ago.
The Irish Sun reports Saoirse purchased the home in 2017 for €1.4m.
According to Daft, the property was built in the 1970's and has been re-designed and modernised in the past two years.
The entrance features, 'private wrought iron electronic gates.'
