The first episode of Sky's original production Riviera has become the biggest launch on Sky Atlantic this year.
The season premiere was watched by one point two million viewers live and on demand in Ireland and the UK.
The show is created by Irish director Neil Jordan and has beaten Big Little Lies and season two of Billions.
It was made available to download this week as a box set and has been downloaded more than five point three million times.
