Madelaine Petsch defends Vanessa Morgan
Riverdale's Madelaine Petsch has been defending her onscreen girlfriend Vanessa Morgan against social media trolls.
It seems the Toni Topaz actress has been facing criticism ever since it was reported her husband had filed for divorce.
The reports emerged days after she announced she's pregnant.
Vanessa announced her pregnancy news in an emotional Instagram post on Sunday.
The following day, TMZ reported her baseball pitcher husband Michael Kopech filed for divorce in June.
And it seems his followers are taking it out on her.

As per a screenshot by Goss, one Instagram user commented on Vanessa's pregnancy post, 'Don’t disrespect our pitcher like that.'
Obviously referring to Michael; a baseball pitcher for the Chicago White Sox.
Madelaine saw red after reading the comment.
The Cheryl Blossom actress replied, 'Honestly, if I see one more comment like this I’ll lose it.'
She continued, 'Vanessa is a beautiful mother to be and the hate and disrespect I’m seeing on this post about her bringing a new life into this world is disgusting.'
At the time of writing, Vanessa hasn't commented.
