Portia de Rossi has spoken out in support of her wife Ellen DeGeneres.
The chat show host has been facing backlash following countless reports of workplace problems from former and current employees.

Portia shared a graphic that simply reads, 'I Stand By Ellen.'
In the caption, she thanked all their fans for the love and support, 'To all our fans....we see you.'

Portia's comments come shortly after it was reported Ellen had allegedly issued a letter to all staff members.
In the note, she apologised to anyone who has felt they were mistreated in the workplace.
She also vowed to ensure, 'this does not happen again.'
Warner Media also launched an internal investigation last month.
As part of it, they held meetings with staff members about their experience working on the show.
