Our very own Paul Mescal is set to make his hosting debut this weekend.
The Gladiator star is scheduled to host SNL this Saturday the 7th of December.
Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news, NBCSNL shared a promo pic and wrote: "last 3 shows of 2024!"

The promo also revealed that Shaboozey will be the musical guest on the night.
Elsewhere, SPIN caught up with actor, comedian and writer of the iconic show, Bowen Yang at the Wicked premiere in November and asked what fans can expect.
Bowen said Paul is "gonna be great, he's gonna smash it".
On working with 28-year-old actor, Yang said: "I haven't been working with him yet, but I met him very briefly - he came to SNL last season with Pedro Pascal."

"It was so lovely to meet him, I'm so excited - I'm such a fan!" he continued.
On what he could tease of the night Yang said: "We write the show the week of, so like nothings planned yet. We're just gonna go off what he wants to do and that's the beauty of that show - is that you never know until it happens, there's not a lot of pre-planning."
Yang said the Kildare natives GAA shorts will make an appearance: "OMG, I'm sure in the monologue defiantly."
