Mike Posner has been bitten by a snake in America.
You may know him from hearing him on your favourite radio station with his tracks, 'Ibiza' & 'Cooler than me'.
The musician had an ambitious goal of completing a 9-month, 3,000-mile walk across America.
The singer hit a bump in the road on August 7th when he was bitten by a rattlesnake in Colorado just four months into his adventure.
He was rushed to a hospital and given anti-venom.
Whatup doe!!! Crazy day yesterday! I had just crushed 16 miles and was going for 8 more when I got but by a baby rattlesnake! That venom is no joke! I got to the hospital and got the anti-venom in time. pic.twitter.com/cZexlVNkFq

He shared a tweet of himself using a walker to get the bathroom.
From 24 miles per day to using this walker to get to bathroom. I’m on my way back. Gonna rebuild with patience and equanimity. pic.twitter.com/I2HYPmMO7L

The singer is not letting this snake getting in the way of his goal.
I knew walking across America was going to be dangerous. I knew I could die doing it. I still might. So don’t feel sorry for me. I’m proud I’m in this hospital after chasing my dream and not sitting on the couch watching Netflix. I’m proud of this pain. pic.twitter.com/Ku76lXjfiP
