Marnie Simpson has defended her cheating ex Lewis Bloor in a Twitter statement.
The Geordie Shore star Tweeted the below:

Marnie took to Twitter to deny claims that Lewis has sponged £25,000 off her during their romance.
She said, "Although I did help him incredibly a lot through our relationship it wasn't all one sided as he did guide me in different ways he was kind and loving and encouraged me in everything I did".
Marnie continued to defend Lewis and hinted that the pair may be trying to make it work.
"Our relationship was happy strong and amazing despite anything these horrid girls have said. I refuse to let it turn what was real for me into a lost cause. And I don't want the past 8 month of my life to be a total waste".
Her fans were quick to respond and there was mixed reaction to the statement online.
