Love Island's Lucinda Strafford was reportedly seeing Aaron Connolly prior to her bombshell appearance on the show this week.
The 21-year-old, who was rumoured to be entering the villa earlier this year, dated the Irish footballer for two years previously.

According to The Sun, they were getting close again just before she was offered a place on Love Island.
The outlet report Aaron, 'isn't very happy,' with her decision to take part in the dating show.

'They have argued about her going in,' an insider alleged.
'Aaron’s really upset and really annoyed about it. They were together for two years and then broke up.'
The source claimed, 'He was seeing other people and she was jealous.'

According to The Sun, Lucinda is hoping her appearance on the show will boost the profile of her clothing range.

In her Love Island interview, she explained why she signed up for the show, 'I’m a relationship kind of girl.'
'The timing is right and I want to have some fun.'
The 21-year-old has her eyes on Brad and Liam, 'I really fancy Brad. And then possibly Liam.'
'But obviously I’m open to getting to know any of the other boys.'
And she reckons she'll get on well with the girls in the villa too.
She said, 'Liberty’s a similar age to me, so I think I’ll probably get along with her, she seems funny.'

'I like Kaz, she seems really bubbly. I can tell Faye can stand up for herself, but I also quite like that about her.'
'So I don’t feel like we’ll rub against each other. There’s none that I think that I won’t get along with just yet.'
