Cardi B and Offset are proud parents to a beautiful baby boy.
They announced the news on their respective Instagram accounts last night.

Cardi posted a picture of herself, Offset and their newborn at her hospital bed.
She simply captioned it, '9/4/21,' alongside a dinosaur emoji, a blue heart emoji, and a teddy bear emoji.

Meanwhile, Offset posted a picture of himself cuddling the newborn in a bed made-up next to Cardi's.
He simply captioned the adorable post, 'Chapter 5.'

In a statement to People, the couple said, 'We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son.'
'He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can't wait to introduce him to his other siblings.'
Cardi & Offset
Cardi and Offset started dating in 2017, and they welcomed their daughter Kulture the following year.

He's also dad to 6-year-old Kalea, 6-year-old Kody and 11-year-old Jordan from previous romances.
Everything was going well for Cardi and Offset until reports emerged that he cheated on her.
It wasn't long after this that she announced their split on Instagram.

He was heartbroken, so he did everything he could to win her back.
He even surprised her onstage with an array of flowers spelling out, 'Take Me Back Cardi.'
And he publicly apologised on Instagram and captioned the video, 'FORGIVEME.'

It took a while, but his efforts didn't go unnoticed, and Cardi accepted his apology.
The divorce
Just last year however, Cardi shocked the world when she filed for divorce.
As quoted by People, she addressed the situation during an Instagram Live with fans at the time.

She said unlike their last breakup, she hasn't shed a tear.
The reason being, infidelity didn't play a role in their decision to separate.
"The reason my divorce is not because of none of that s*** that ever happened before. It's not because the cheating."

"I just got tired of fu**ing arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye."
"When you feel like it's not the same anymore, before you actually get cheated on, I rather just be... you know what I'm saying?"
"Like, I'm tired of people," she said.

A couple months later it was reported she had filed to call off the divorce.
And in June of this year, Cardi announced her pregnancy news at the BET Awards.
She took to the stage with Migos and proudly displayed her baby bump.
