Liam Reardon has decided to change careers
As this year's Love Island winner, Liam looked set for a career full of fame and fortune.
But now the Welsh reality star has revealed his plans to start a property business in 2022.

As a former bricklayer, the 22 year old has said he wants to buy, renovate and sell houses in Wales.
Speaking with The Sun, Liam has said he will "focus on the business in the New Year."
Liam explained, “I’ll start off in Wales because the house prices are a lot cheaper there. Plus that's the area where I have all my mates in the same industry.
"There's an electrician, plumber, carpenter. They can all help and get involved in the business."

Sounds like it'll be a family affair, as Liam's father is also involved in the world of property.
He's said he'll be asking for help and advice from his dad, calling him his "inspiration for wanting to do it."

Life In Essex
Once the business is established, Liam hopes to expand out to buying properties closer to where he lives in Essex.
He's just moved into their rented £1m pound apartment with his girlfriend, Millie.

Speaking about what it's like to live together, Liam said that he's a terrible snorer which annoys Millie.
But he's said Millie is quite messy, and she always annoys him by leaving the lid off of the toothpaste.
At the end of the day though, Liam said "We are loved-up and still very much in the honeymoon stage. We only argue about the petty little things."
