Lewis Burton has insisted he “never pressed charges” against her in another emotional Instagram statement.
Caroline Flack pleaded not guilty to assaulting Lewis on Monday, after an alleged row on December 12.
Due to the TV presenters bail conditions she is now not allowed any contact with the former tennis player.
He took to Instagram yesterday to share how sad he is to not be able to spend Christmas with his girlfriend.
Caroline is due back on trial on March 4th.
