Lady Gaga makes one lucky fan's day
Lady Gaga gifted one lucky fan the jacket off her back during a chance encounter in California on Monday.
Shannon McKee told the story of how she accidentally met the star at a local Malibu market.

In an interview with Today, Shannon said, 'I walked in and I was like, 'Hey, that's a really bad a** jacket you got on.''
'And she said, 'Thank you.' I kind of recognised the voice, but I'm not one to really go up to celebrities.'
After heading back to her truck, Shannon realised there's so much more she wanted to say.

So she went back into the market and approached the A Star Is Born actress for a chat.
Shannon explained, 'I did have a story that I wanted to share with her, and I felt this need that she needed to hear it from me.'
'And so when I went back, I was like, 'Hey, you're Lady Gaga, right?''

She told Gaga, 'My best friend back in high school was a huge fan of yours, and you're the reason he actually came out to me.'
'And his first five tattoos are all dedicated to you and my brother just recently came out to me, too.'
Shannon added, 'So I just wanted to say thank you for being such an incredible ally.'
Gaga gives away her jacket
Gaga loved her story and told Shannon to tell her friend that she loves him.
Shannon revealed, 'As I was telling her the story about my friend, she took off her jacket and was like, 'You loved my jacket so much.''
Handing the jacket over, Gaga said, 'Here. It's yours. Put it on right now. You be bad a** with it now.'

The Rain On Me artist told Shannon that she couldn't pose for a picture.
The reason being, she was out with her boyfriend Michael Polansky and she wasn't comfortable getting a photo so close to home.
So she gifted her with her leather jacket instead.
